About Capt. Draughon
Captain Stephen Draughon started fishing with his father at a very young age. In 1984 he got his first Mate's job fishing with Capt. Dew Forbes on the Calcutta. He fished with Capt. Forbes over the next several years, honing his skills in offshore fishing. Capt. Stephen holds a 100-ton USCG license. In late 1994 Capt Stephen took over the helm of Bill Collector and has been fishing hard ever since.
